Yes, there is a non-refundable $1,000 deposit required to reserve the farm.

You can book your date up to 15 months in advance.

If the date you need is available and more than 180 days before your previous date then you can transfer over your deposit to that date.  If it is less than 180 days then you forfeit your deposit.

Yes, you will need to supply your own alcoholic beverages.  You can serve beer and wine but liquor is not allowed.  You will need to have a licensed, insured bartender/caterer to serve.

No fishing is allowed in the ponds due to safety issues.

Please do not feed the animals.

The donkeys on the farm are friendly and will come up to the fence.  You may pet them but do not go inside of the fence at any time.

Yes, please give us a call to set up a time.

No, but we do provide tables and chairs.

Yes, all trash is to be pickup up, placed in trash bags, and hauled/removed by you.  We will take down all tables and chairs, but  decorations are your responsibility to remove.

Yes!  We welcome decorations.  We do not allow nailing, stapling or anything applied to the walls or buildings.  We recommend using command hooks for any hanging needs.  If you choose to use candles, we require that they are battery operated.

Sorry no pets allowed.

Yes, we offer the use of our Reception Building for any inclement weather issues.

We would prefer to keep the farm smoke free.  However, there is a designated area for smoking.  There is NO SMOKING inside of the farm house or inside any buildings.

No. Fire pits are not allowed.

No, we do not offer a coordinator.  We leave that up to you so you can choose someone you are comfortable with.

Our greenhouse is primarily used for mini sessions, proposals, private dinners, and intimate celebrations, however it can be added onto wedding packages at an additional cost.
